Dr Eleanor Tillett – Consultant in Sport & Exercise Medicine
Dr Tillett is a Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine at University College London. In addition to her busy NHS work, she does further clinical work at The Spine Surgery London, The Princess Grace Hospital and Pure Sports Medicine in London.
Her particular interest is in spinal disorders, including the use of image-guided injections and rehabilitation.
Her academic work at University College London involves running the MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health. Current research interests include back pain, tendinopathy and injury prevention.
Since 2003, she has been the NGB doctor for British Figure Skating. Other elite and team event experience includes working with Team GB at the 2010 Winter Olympics, GB Women's Basketball, England Women's Football, World University Games, Youth Commonwealth Games, Youth Olympics, the London Marathon and the London Triathlon.
Dr Ian Beasley - Consultant in Sport & Exercise Medicine
Dr Ian Beasley has worked in professional football for 25 years, now Head of Medical Services to the FA, and Team Doctor to the Mens Team. Dr Beasley went with the team to the World Cup 2010, and the European Championships in 2012.
He was Governing Body Medical officer for Hockey from 1992-2002, and attended two Olympics, Two World Cups and a Commonwealth Games.
Dr Beasley is also Medical advisor to The Royal Ballet Company, London, and see dancers of all levels at the company.
